This list has a modest amount of books for a medium sized display. I've included cookbooks that focus on Latin American cuisine (this ranges from North to South America and includes the Caribbean). I also included cookbooks authored by Latinx authors/cooks and added some fun adult fic that has a backdrop of cooking and food.
